I’m getting lots of questions on how I was able to perform the 1 arm chinup. It is very easy to answer: Ross Enamait.
I did not use one of my own routines or training methods. I looked back through some of the books in my collection and found a great template in Ross’s book Never Gymless (www.rosstraining.com)
If you don’t know who Ross is then you must not be paying attention to the Gents in the industry who are the real deal. I found out about Ross way back in 2001. I came upon his website www.rosstraining.com and found an abundance of great training information. Thus began our friendship.
In this day and age of internet guru’s and Warrior Trainers there are many fakes and smokes and mirrors. Ross is 100% legit, he practices what he preaches and provides top notch customer service to all that contact him via email ross@rosstraining.com or that order his products.
The 1 arm chin has been a goal of mine for a long time and I finally achieved it. Listen up young people, even though I am very salty, meaning very well seasoned, a veteran when it comes to training I’m still not above seeking out the advice and help of others that are in the same field as I am. I don’t have all the answers and I’m very determined to reach my goals and stomp them into the ground.
Through Ross’s book I was able to use his template and achieve my goal in under 1 month. If you are interested in challenging yourself with some tough conditioning routines or maybe you have a personal goal of completing the 1 arm chinup then go to www.rosstraining.com and order your copy of Never Gymless.
I called Ross and asked his permission to write this. He had no idea that it was one of his books that enabled me to achieve my goal of the 1 arm chin. Ross is one of the good guys in the strength & conditioning industry, and one that I respect highly.
Thanks Ross.

+1 to that.
I used the same template and got the OAC really quickly.
Can’t thank Ross enough for putting out great material like Never Gymless.
Thanks for the comment, Ross has ton of good products out that can help everyone. Great reads and congrats on your OAC.
Ross is a thoroughly class act, a true gentleman, and incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He treats people well (a lot like you, Mike), and obviously knows his stuff. It’s a pleasure to do business with him.
Glenn, How are you? Long time no talk. I pray the family is well and you are still impacting peoples live’s.
Carry on my brother.

Awesome acheivement, Mike. Both you and Ross are great leaders in this industry that represent authenticity and integrity.
Thank you C.J. it is important to me to represent those that have taught me in a positive way. Thanks for stopping by.
dear mike,
i am 60 yrs. of age and have been training for 50yrs. i too am still learning and continue to set goals for myself. i am interested in all forms of strength training and physical culture. there is a lot of misleading information out there. however ross and yourself are both decent, upstanding and honest young men who continue to challenge yourselves, seek to improve and provide solid and accurate information. you are both a credit to the world of strength and an inspiration to many. congratulations on your achievements and the good work you do for others.
regards, peter.
Peter,
Ross is top notch and can back up what he preaches. In todays strength and fitness world there are so many magicians that portray to be something they are not. Integrity is the key to being a man. I strive to give my gym members and followers nothing but the truth and an honest way of how to live. Thanks for stopping by and your kind words. Rise up brother!
